Bhakti Baxter received a BFA from the New World School of Art in Miami. Her work can be found in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Miami as well as in collections worldwide. Selected exhibitions include the Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin in Paris and the Bas Fisher Invitational in Miami. She is represented by Fredric Snitzer in Miami and  Emmanuel Perrotin in Paris. Bhakti Baxter lives and works in Miami.
