Jesse Bercowetz (b. 1969 Boston) received a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1996. Selected exhibitions include a solo show at Derek Eller Gallery in New York (2007), as well as collaborative shows with Matt Bua: Things Got Legs at Derek Eller Gallery in New York (2006), The Great Lie Down at Locust Projects in Miami (2006), and Pent-Up And Under Gone at Jessica Murray Projects in New York (2005). He is represented by Derek Eller Gallery in New York, The Happy Lion in Los Angeles and Galerie Michael Janssen in Berlin. Jesse Bercowetz lives and works in New York.
